My GP rang them and explained that Mercedes needed the Neocate ASAP and the lady organised the number that day and faxed it thru to her. Try another chemist as if they know you have applied for a number some will just charge you the subsidised amount then and there. But if you cant get any help that way. Wellington is not leaving a very good mark of impression on me. I have lived down here for 3 and half years and its been extremely rough!!!

When i originally got Ellas script for her Pepti Jnr i went to the chemist coz i had other stuff to get and asked how much it was gonna be, they said with the special number $6.50 and without $23.50. So i call them this morning and ask them to order some in coz we wanna put Ella on it due to her deteriorating on Soy so they said sure it will be in after 1pm. So i went down at 1pm and they hadnt ordered it So they said they would get their next order in at 3.30pm and would call me and tell me its in. So 4pm comes along and i call them coz i havent heard from them and they say oh yeh its in so i go down there and they frikken try to charge me $37.95 for one 400gram TIN!!!!! I was FUMING!!! I told her i was told it was $23.50 when i came and she denied it and said she doesnt know who told me that but it isnt even that at cost price. I WAS SO MAD i told them where to stick their $37.95 tin. I was in tears driving home!

GRRRRR

Sorry i just had to vent!! So now we are sitting here waiting for our number and when it arrives im going down there and asking for my script back and going elsewhere!

Until then i have to experience absurd amounts of sleepless nights (getting up at least 6 times to her) and watching her in pain as she downs the soy. ITS FRIKKEN horrible and im so over it and sick of it!!

I think im vented out now.
