You can put raw apple in it they just suck on it and all the juice comes through and then little mushy bits so they can't choke. I saw those things on trademe last night but not being experienced with this sort of thing I couldn't figure out what you did with them!

So i went on trademe and got ella one of these for her teething coz shes not coping to well and i got told they are awesome! I i chopped up some apple and stuffed it in there and she started chomping away on it!! She LOVES it.
