I don't know if the PJ will help with the constipation at all, we had the opposite problem with Maya, she was dehydrated from diarrohea.

Just a thought - is the stuff they gave you for the constipation dairy-based? Yer i think ill jsut try it out but the thing is i dont see any improvement in her skin and i "thought" she was improving poop wise but it was teething explosions She hasnt been in almost 2 days and i can see her really trying and nothing happening even with her lactose stuff in her bottle. I feel so sorry for her.

Shes also started some wierd coughing thing since being on the pepti. Oh and it could also be her skin 'balancing out' if the PJ helps clear up the exczema then it might affect the oil balance in her skin temporarily? I would have thought the same as Maria - whatever reaction Ella had to standard formula should be lessened rather than made worse by the PJ. They usually trial kids on PJ first to see how they cope and if no or minimal improvement then they look at Neocate. But I have never heard of PJ making symptoms worse than standard formula.

Could be just a coincidence? Or have you introduced any new solids lately? If you have it could be a reaction to that?

Or it could just be an unfortunate atopic thing. We didnt get a rash when we were using it. Because it is low allergin i wouldnt think it would be the pepti if you havent had a reaction from std fromula. It may be a coincidence?? Although its worth mentioning to your pead because you may want to try Neocate. Could be a reacton to the formula "on" the skin... does she have wide necked bottles? Dribbling when drinking??
