I would guess he's not ready. When I started Hannah on baby rice she came out in a huge nappy rash, the worst ever, so I stopped it altogether. No probs with allergies or anything since but I can't imagine what caused it. I've started giving Benjy a little baby rice each day after my doc suggested he was ready.
He eats it up ok with a little bit of spitting at first, but I've found that each time he has had it, about 10 minutes later he'll chuck it back up.
I'm only giving him a teaspoon with breastmilk and he's not unhappy before he chucks, or after.
He's happy with the spoon too.
Does this mean it disagrees with him, or is he just not ready yet?
