actually the lady came to me. Just wanted to say .. Rhyley has figured it out... After visit from a la leche (sp) which confused me more but made me releize that he wasn't just choking cause I had so much milk made me think ok so what can it be and process of elimanation I worked out it was his postioning.. well at least I think that is what was the prolem as changed the postion - more hugged into me legs more round my waist, head not so much on my arm and propped up on a pillow so hes a better hieght towards boob, still cradled - hes now straight on. It could also help that now my milk has settled since he has been going straight on. Feeding only takes half hour max.
So just wanted to say to all who gave advise
