When dissolved, add the cold water. Put into an ice cream container, allow to cool a little, and then put in the firdge.
Make up the second jelly in the same way, and while it is still lukewarm (but not hot) add it to the first jelly already in the container, and then put it all back into the fridge. And so on...
An ice cream container will hold five jellies made in this way. When the jellies are all cold and set (make it several hours before needed, if possible), tip out on to a cutting board, and cut into "fingers", about 2cm square, through all the layers. They look spectualar when arranged on a glass plate.

Thanks Roksana, I was thinking it might be a relatively easy treat for New Years.

Anyone heard of a recipe something like this?:
You make about four or five different jellies with a bit less water than usual and extra gelatine in them, and basically layer them. So when the first layer is almost set you carefully pour the next jelly on top etc. You can apparently fit 4 or 5 colours into an icecream container easily. Once they are all set, tip out and slice, very pretty.

Someone wanna give me more accurate measurements?
