I haven't tried them because I've never had bad cramps longer than a couple of days. They are Dolomite Powder, or Magnesium Supplements (from Health & Vitality).]]>

I read somewhere that having a banana smoothie helps leg cramps so i'm having a banana every night now before bed and that seems to have helped with a glass of milk.]]>
