He also told me it was great Haleigh loves water so much even though plunket told me the complete opposite (go figure).<br />With her dairy she eats cheese and yoghurt so she gets enough calcium.<br />Haleigh was only having between 300ml - 450ml daily up until she was 11 months. so I wouldnt be worried about that. She's still growing well, and got little chubby cheeks<img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> so there cant be anything wrong with her diet chick ]]>

If she's already getting other calcium sources (e.g. cheese) that's great! As she gets a little older you'll need to start introducing water sometime too, if she's not drinking much formula she'll be thirsty (but not necessarily hungry), especially if our summer finally arrives <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">]]>

We had that problem too but she has reverted back to drinking a lot of milk, yay!  I was forever giving her yoghurts though to try and keep the calcium up.]]>

Just like chicken/lamb/etc.<br /><br />I think you're supposed to wait until 10+mos for "real" yoghurt? Definitely wait until 12mos if there is any dairy allergies in your family.]]>

They can also give you an idea of what she can have at this age.<br />If you have a food chart form Watties they have age appropriate foods on there.]]>
