Hello ladies! Need some help for my cousin

She has a 2cm cyst on her right ovary.

Since that cycle was going to be diagnostic (hsg, S/A) the RE decided to put her on meds in an attempt to shrink the cyst.

Fast forward to last Thursday, ultrasound showed that the cyst had not decreased in size. She told her to discontinue use pills.
She stopped using but still has not had her period.

Also she spotted a little few days ago, but not enough for CD1. RE said she wouldn't bleed as much as she normally does since her lining was thin.

Does anyone else have experience with this? When did your CD1 start? Interested also, bc she's treated at the same clinic as I do (BioTexCom, Ukraine, if someone's interested)
