Yep, first month off the pill after having been on it for 13 years. I'm prepared for the fact that it could take months for everything to get back in sync. I get that busymum ...sore boobs, backache, mucus in my nose and throat, nausea and often throwing up in the days before AF, I get light headed spells, and headaches ...I think it's because your hormone levels are doing what they should be doing in early pregnancy, waiting to see if an egg implants, your body is assuming it's pg until it realises it's not. Okay so after i could have sworn i was pregnant my bloods came back neg and my period started today...excatly to a 28day cycle.

so ive noticed over the past couple of months that after years of having my period fall on the same day of every month, that ive fallen into a 28 day cycle...so if i have another month of when im in my tww of getting all thep preggy symptoms but then getting af i think i will go to the doctors.

and while i know that af and preggy symptoms can be the same...this month they were so intense...lots of throwing up, off my food, off certain smells, feeling sick 24/7.
