If it is sore however dont try and express as that will stimulate the body to make more. Go stand under a warm shower so the water just dribble over your breasts. Not laughing I promise I was just as clueless when I was drying up the first time and my Mum laughed her head off when I rang to ask her!
If they're not sore and hard just let it go and they will dry up on their own.
I found I had a bit of milk in there for months after I stopped feeding but apparently that is normal.
