Thanks so much for checking my chart out, yeah i thought I O'd on day 12 which was earlier than i was expecting and we BD on days 9, 11, 12 and 13 so not too bad and then on day 15 FF changed my O date. I didn't use any OPK's last month so made it even harder to pin point. Hope my LP is longer that FF thinks it is I understand what you mean about progesterone.
I went for acupuncture this morning & he asked me to bring my charts in next time and he seemed really clued up. Said that my period being so light might also mean my lining is too thin so hopefully this helps increase blood flow and create better eggs & better lining. I asked my GYN about LP defect when we had been TTC a while and he said that some doctors (and I got the impression that he was one of them) question whether LP defect is actually a problem or not. I can't help but wonder if it was the reason why I m/c tho - the cycle I conceived our angel I O'd really late so would have had a super short (like 6-8 day) LP...

Cool just had a look at your chart but i was wondering i know it can be to much information for you to indulge but when did u do the deed last month coz i have a feeling you may have missed ovulation coz i dont think its where fertility friend has said it is. Your LP is only 12 days long which going by temps and CM id say you ovulated on CD12 not CD15. Also if you ovulated on CD12 and your LP is 15 days long thats really good for progesterone levels for implantation (i hope im not confusing you)

Basically if you have a shorter LP it means that there is less chance of an egg implanting due to low progesterone. Im suffering at the moment with 10 day LPs which is so not cool!

there is at least one other thread on acupuncture - I think in the 'infertility' forum. I've heard good things about it re conceiving, and it's helped me with other issues in the past. I've been seeing an acupuncturist since late last year and no luck yet, but we have several issues to contend with, and one plus is that my PMT is MUCH better, and periods much lighter.

I never even looked at it for pregnancy i tried it for my bad back and swore it off after that coz it did nothing for me.

Sorry thats just me but if you are willing to give it a go. Do you use fertility friend to chart? Can i have a look at your charts maybe i can offer some advice?
