Your body can also have a break just like after childbirth (a few months to a year I guess, obviously breastfeeding won't draw it out like it tends to after childbirth).<br /><br />I think you're fine and your body is still recovering. The reassurance of a Doc's visit is always nice <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> And I'm so very sorry to hear of your loss, especially at 16 weeks <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley31.gif" border="0"> <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley31.gif" border="0"> ]]>

I had a D&C, not sure if that makes any difference and it took about a month for my period to come back but its normal to take a bit longer. My friend who also had a m/c took 4 months for things to get back to normal.<br />if your worried though then go to your doctor and they will be able to reassure you.]]>
