I sent an email to Treasures from their website and a guy has sent on back to me asking me to send them back. I had a cut off part (that's supposed to be used to attach around the sides) in a Treasures packet and I wasn't going to bother but then I had two! I sent the two cut-off pieces, but not the nappies they came from, with a handwritten note. I'd ring them, Treasures had great customer service when I had a fault with one lot of Maya's ultras. Ok for those of us that use them and those that have in the past. If there has been a nappy in the packet that you haven't been able to use (due to being faulty) do you send it back to the company?? I have a couple of giggles that the leak guard is glued to the bit that goes on the bum and if I was to put it out the nappy would rip. If I sent them back what to they send in return for a faulty nappy that is almost too small for my boy?
