hmmm i used to have the instructions and all the microwave wattages etc. But i gave my steraliser to someone on here. So maybe whoever i gave it to would still have all the instructions? We have a cheap microwave from The Warehouse and ours is 200ml for 5 Minutes.

yeah, it is the strength of your microwave. We have an 800watt, so it's 5 mins, but 3 (I think) if you have a 1000watt. i put 200ml for 5 mins but as everyone has said depends on your microwave.
