Basically number 2 is right to the degree that some charts incl the day of your period. Morning Ladies,

I'm a newbie to all of this and have a quick question.

I have read two different things in regards to how to work out how long your cycles are and was wondering which was was right

1. "A woman's cycle begins on the first day of bleeding and continues up to, but not including, the first day of her next period.

2. "You count the first day of your cycle when you have bleeding (bright red blood) and then count the days in between up until and including the day of your next period"

So what's right ladies?
