I offer her a sippy cup of water generally when she wakes from a sleep as long as it is at least 1/2 an hour before a feed is due. She will normally have about 4 long sucks and thats all so she isn't getting much at a time and wouldn't be filling up on it!

It's recommended to start offering water from a sippy cup around 6 mths more to get them used to the cup than to get any great quantity of water into them.

My two struggle to finish their bottles let alone extra water, but they do like to chew on the sippy cups.

I'm not sure when to give it to her thgough as I don't want her to 'fill up' on water and then not feed properly. She's not constipated. so should I just carry on as is?? Or does she need water???

Advice please.........
