Both times I had notes from the doctor but was only asked by Japan Airline to produce it.  Freedom didn't care - I think they would've asked me to pay for an extra seat had I given birth on the plane!!]]>

Air NZ you are allowed to fly up to 32 weeks internationally or 36 weeks if you have a note from your Dr. Some cut off as early as 28 weeks though and its really hard to get travel insurance after 28 weeks too.]]>

Internationally, the cut off date is quite a bit earlier. I flew domestically at 35 weeks & it was fine. I think it's more of a problem with the longer flights because if something happened you couldn't exactly just get off!! ]]>
