Use the following teas with caution:

Healtheries Licorice Tea
Healtheries Blackcurrant Tea
These teas should be used no more than 1 cup per day. They contain licorice which causes sodium retention, and should not be taken by those with high blood pressure, fluid retention, loose bowel motions, or histories of miscarriage.

Healtheries Lemon & Ginger Tea
Healtheries Ginger Tea with Lemon Grass
These teas can be taken at one cup per day to settle digestion and nausea, more can be taken under the guidance of a health practitioner. Long term excessive amounts are not recommended.

Healtheries Wildberry Tea
This tea may contribute to constipation if used regularly due to the tannin content. Otherwise it is quite safe to be drunk regularly.

Healtheries St Johns Wort Tea with Blended Berries
Healtheries Naturally Slim Herbal Tea
These teas are not to be taken during pregnancy.

Healtheries Apricot & Mango Tea
Healtheries Exotic Fruit Tea
Healtheries Red Berry Tea
Healtheries Bedtime Tea
Healtheries Chamomile Tea
Healtheries Chamomile & Honey Tea
Healtheries Peppermint Tea
Healtheries Ginseng Tea with Blackcurrant & Vanilla
Healtheries Sleep Tea with Passionflower & Chamomile
Healtheries Ginkgo Tea with Lemon
These teas contain small amounts of some ingredients for which safety in pregnant or nursing women has not been established. It is recommended that you consume no more than one cup per day of these teas.

Healtheries Pure Green Tea
Healtheries Green Tea with Lemon
Healtheries Green Tea with Mandarin and Lime Flowers
Healtheries Green Tea with Raspberry
Healtheries Greeb Tea with Orchard Peach
Healtheries Wild Vanilla Tea
Healtheries Golden Caramel Tea
Healtheries Chai Tea
Healtheries Green Chai Tea
Healtheries Vanilla Chai Tea
Healtheries Rooibus Red Bush Tea – Original, Honey, Vanilla
These teas contain tannins which are stimulant, and inhibit the absorption of a variety of nutrients. It is recommended that you drink no more than one of the above per day.

The following teas are safe to consume in any quantity during pregnancy and breastfeeding :
Healtheries Lemon Tea
Healtheries Cranberry & Apple Tea
Healtheries Echinacea Tea with Lemon & Vitamin C
Healtheries Tangerine & Orange with Vitamin C
Healtheries Pomegranate & Grape Tea

Hope that helps!
