Dylon fabric Care "stain Solve" pre wash - GREAT STUFF!!! It gets out oil, grease, makeup, grass, chocolate, even BIRO our of anything! I had a pen leak all over my new jeans, and this stuff got the stain out after a month.

Yap it does.

I had a $1000 indian outfit that I wore at a wedding, Zaara droped food over it...I wiped it off but didnt realise that there was stain till I wanted to wear that outfit again (few months later). I quickly put powder on it...left it for 2 days and then just hand washed that area (The whole outfit is 5kg's.....)And the stain was gone.

i think it probably is an oil stain, i'm wondering if i've left maybe left it too late to get it out.

the other thing I have done before for Oil stains was pour Baby powder all over the stain. Leave it for a day and wash....does the trick for me.

I got all my oil stains out from silky Indian clothing like that.

Is it oil that has stained?? If so, then pour a little bit of boiling water on it, get an old toothbrush and use a bit of dishwashing liquid and scrub then rinse with more boiling water. Should get any oil out. I managed to get a fried steak in my lap the other night (don't ask) and now i can't get the stain off my new jeans
