Huge hugs to you, and I kind of know how you are feeling,  my poppa passed away in Dec 2005 and he was my whole world, we were ttc when he got sick just so he could at least know I was pregnant, but it didn't happen,

But I understand that whole emotion of knowing you are going to have this amazing little baby, and the most important person in your world is never going to meet them, and it hurts, I spent most of my pregnancy greiving for him, but after Ethan was born there were a few moments of being devestated they would never meet, but Ethan is so much like he was, it is almost as though he is back here with me.

I have never really been a spiritual kind of person, believing in angels or people watching over me, but sometimes I really do feel him near me, especially when Ethan just seems to stare into space at nothing, then start smiling and talking to nothing, and I think thats when poppa is here, just checking up.
