    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10656">thunderwolves</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7429<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10 May 2007 at 8:13pm<br /><br /><P>Every morning cut up a plate of fruit and veg, amybe add some dried fruit and nuts ect and have that on hand in the kitchen, that way when you go in hunting for a snack its all ready, thats what i do and it seems to work pretty well.</P><P>And the kids can eat it too.</P><P>I also keep a cup in the bathroom and on kitchen bench and each time I go near them i have a glass of water, keeps me having my 8+ glasses a day, and aparently often when you feel hungry you are actually thirsty. I make sure I have my drinks even if I am not thirsty.</P><P>So thats my two cents worth..</P>]]>

I've find that good with rice crackers or carrot sticks to have as a snack. I got fantastic results from my eating plan, but I must say that exercise is the absolute key.  Cardio, cardio, cardio, I was running over 10kms a day the last two months before my wedding to get down to my goal weight, it was blimmin hard work!<br /><br />Snacking ideas from my eating plan as they call it, not "diet" are: raw almonds, one peice of fruit, big rice cracker with peanut butter, smoothie with protein powder, lite yoghurts, and drinking a minimum of 2 litres a day.  Leading up to my wedding I was drinking 4 litres a day!<br /><br />It worked, I was 1kg off my goal weight on 3rd Feb!<br />]]>

Specially while I study I seem to much the whole time.<br /><br />Something that really helps is those little boxes of raisins. Really nice treat. You dont overeat as they are in small boxes, plus it is nice if you have a sweet tooth. ]]>

I think my biggest problem is going into the kitchen when I'm peckish or tired and grabbing something that will only help me for 10 mins and then I'm hungry again <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"> Go on, share some good eating habits with me!
