He already had Hiro's power from when he met future Hiro on that train in one of the early episodes.. only he has never used the power before cause like you said, he has to learn how to use it. Also, from the episode "five years gone" where it showed the future Peter..he was fully using all his powers that he had.

He picked up Nikki's power when she started fighting Sylar, hence the reason why he could suddenly punch Sylar very hard after she left. remember that with Peter, the radioactive thing was a new power to him. It seems that when he gets a new power it takes him a while to learn how to control it, like at first he couldnt fly when he thought that was his power, then he thought he could only fly when Nathan was around.

So the other powers he can control fine, it is just thenew one he isstruggling with - hence the blowing up!

I thought perhaps that Nathan let Peter go and then got a safe idstance away before Peter blew up. Thats what I am hoping. I heard that Adrian Pasdar signed up for the next season so he will be in it but I am thinking that the next season will be a bit of a flash back one rather than a real time one. Apparently some of the characters have actually died but they haven't confirmed which ones. YAY! Now we can talk about the finale since everyone else would have seen it last night right??

When I saw it I was actually a little disappointed as it seemed like a bit of an anticlimax.. I mean, the whole series was so exciting and yet the finale lacked a little in that same excitement. It was still good, and I enjoyed seeing the heroes come together to have a little go at Sylar though.

I have hope that Nathan is still alive...here's my theory: DL could go through walls holding Nikki/Jessica's hand so he could make her do it too. Hiro could take Ando through time with him, and Peter could hold Claire's hand to make her invisible too right??.. So does this mean while Nathan is holding him while he explodes, that Peter could potentially share his regeneration power with Nathan?

Jess - I have read that each season of Heroes is going to have a completely different story with new characters introduced and only some of the original ones retained. The writers feel that this will keep the series fresh and will make sure that fans don't lose interest.

Volume 2 looks like it is gonna be soooooo good. Yep, that's what I was trying to explain in my last post - he doesn't have to physically be around that person any longer once he has their power...hence, they can die and he will still have the power and can use it.

Yay - the hubby just text to let me know that he has the last episode and is bringing it home for me tonight. So excited. He said I will cry when I watch it I told him he better bring me something yummy to cheer me up afterwards.

As for Peter's scar - I think he didn't regenerate completely when he got whatever injury that caused it. Maybe he was really badly injured or something like that and didn't quite finish the repair job properly.

Initially everyone believed Peter had to continue to be around the other person with the powers in order to use them, but it was later revealed that once he had the power he could use it from there on it (he just has to learn how to control them).

As for the scar - it hasn't yet been explained how he got it and why it hasn't disappeared even though he has Claire's power of regeneration.

Thats Milo baysmum or Peter Petrelli on the show. He is quite the up and coming at the moment. He played Sylveser Stallone's son in the latest rocky movie and has been in quite a few other things. He is a cutie.

I love Heroes, too... and so far thought I only knew one other fan of the show!  Hiro is just adorable, Nathan is a proper knob so far, and I'm loving all the twists with Claire's dad.  Ooohhhh it's such a great show!  It's too late for me so I tape it, and can't wait to see last night's episode.... eeek!

I think we just had episode 19 here and i've seen up to 22. It is going to get sooo much better ladies. I like how different it is - really well thought out characters I think and a really good storyline. I must admit when the hubby first brought home the first three episodes after they had screened in the states and outlined the plot - I didn't think I would like it very much at all. Sounded too much like X-Men!!

I like Hiro too - he's so cute. And Nathan is hot in a dark kind of way. Did you know that he's married to that lead singer from the Dixie Chicks?

even better i have this week and last weeks on video...want it once i have watched it???

and apparently they put a lock on the episodes being downloaded cause america was only a few episodes ahead of us....

The offical NBC site has a screenshot recap which is pretty good.. The episode was called 0.07%
