Yer we have thought about what schoool to put him in but we havent made a choice yet...we have 4 to choose from in our area. I think i might ask around and find out where his friends from DC are going....

I can totally understand being 'over' waiting - after a few mc's in my EDD group here and on other sites, I was a nervous wreck!

We are well here, just busy as usual - we have started clearing out the 'office' aka spare room so that Roland can get stuck into ripping the gib off and insulating it so the room isn't all damp and horrible in winter - AND then I can start decorating and set up properly for baby.

Erin is pretty much day trained, which has been a big sigh of relief, and is her usual full of beans high energy self. She still seems to be having a massive growth spurt too height wise... just waiting for it to stop and see if she starts gaining a little weight next (though not worried by any account).

Just wanted to pop in and see how all of our big kids are getting on

My poor big girl has a horrid case of tonsilitis again! The Dr at White Cross said he hadn't seen tonsils that big on a little girl in a long time!
She's fine in herself but has had a high temp all weekend and a rash to go with it. But running around all morning at 100mph, then crashed - I tried to put her to bed and she's been yelling at the door for 5 minutes! I don't want a repeat of last night where we had a grand total of 4 hours sleep because she was over tired, so for the first time in her life I'm letting her CIO - Man it's hard!!!! I've put the radio on and moved away from her end of the house.

I've got my dating scan on Wednesday morning and I don't mind saying that I'm really over the waiting! We've had 5 MCs in our Oct 09 group already and I can't help but feel on edge It's just all so sad! I'm sure we didn't have that many angel babies from our July 06 group?!?!?!

Hey guys, jealous of the TT here too! We tried over Christmas when Ashlee was off daycare for 3 weeks, but she is nowhere near ready and it made for a very, VERY stressed out and unhappy child. I'm not worried or concerned, though. She'll let me know when she's ready! She will still want to sit on the toilet every day, but nothing ever comes of it but I'll keep at it. I think she goes in her nappies, and then says she needs to sit on the toilet so I guess that's a start of sorts! Would love for that to all happen before baby arrives. Next step will be buying her some pull ups or similar (I don't think we have a choice because she's literally very nearly outgrown the biggest sized nappies that we buy!).

My pregnancy's going really well. I'm enjoying it SO much! At the moment, we've decided we'll only have two, so I'm making a conscious effort to enjoy it all.

Hello all :)

Man I'm so envious of those who have TT'd, as I know Alyssa is so ready for it, but I don't feel like I can give it the attention it needs right now. When DH has a couple of weeks off over Feb I think we'll give it a go then.

Meanwhile, I can't wait for the day Kayla and Alyssa are able to really play together..Alyssa can't wait either and every day tells me "Kayla's older and older now, bigger and bigger".

hey ladies,

Yay for Caitlin being fully potty trained and good luck for TTC hope it all happens for you pretty fast.

Lycan is toilet training himself, he runs around nude most days, or just wears his briefs...if he's outside playing and needs to wee he just wips it out...lol...sometimes he comes in and uses the toilet....if its number two he takes off what clothes he has on if any and climbs up on the toilet and does his business...we are not allowed in there..he even wipes his own bum and flushes the toilet....of course i have to check him once he comes out and usually have to take him back to clean him properly...to which he says.."i did it mummy, i clean"..lol

Peyton is just doing the normal things of a baby her age...staying up slightly longer and grumpy in this weather..all to be expected.

I have been planning our trip to OZ so far i have our flights to Melbourne and our internal flights to Gold Coast paid for. Still looking for flights home. We are staying with my GF in Melbourne so i dont have to look for accommodation but i need to find somewhere on the gold coast for us. I have been looking at Diamond Beach and Turtle Beach Resorts but apparently they are very popular so i need to look at other options..my Aunty told me to try an agent because they usually have rooms put aside and you can only get them if you book through an agent, so fingers crossed we get into one of them. waiting to hear back from the travel agent to see if she can get us in..........i tried myself but they told me they had no vacancies.

Hi everyone!

It has gotten a bit quiet, but I still hope that it doesn't vanish altogether?

Where we are at... we have just started daytime TT with Erin and doing really well so far, I am confident that we'll be done and dusted by the time the new bub arrives.

Went for our NT scan today and it was amazing - I had been holding back until now as I had feared the worst, but no longer!

You must really be hanging out for that holiday Toni - I'd love another break, though I am quite sick of international travel (having flown overseas 3x this year).

Sending you tons and tons of baby dust for next month too!

This group has really dropped off with the majority having their 2nd baby.

What's everyone up too?

Caitlin is now fully toilet trained, day and night as of last week and we're in the process of weaning the bottle, dropping 10mls at a time and she hasn't noticed yet (we're down to 140 from 200 in both bottles).

We are all set to TTC from next month. I'm still having homeopathic fertility treatment and acupuncture to sort myself out but have still been given the go for next month

Next month we go on our holiday that we won - very excited!!!! Same Yumi, Lycan gets in trouble a lot more these days too....I feel sorry for him cos' he's still only a baby too and doesn't understand that she cant defend herself yet.   

I'm trying to figure out how to spend some time with him alone...i think i may have to bite the bullet and take him out for some one on one time and leave Peyton at home with her dad.

Kayla is 6 weeks old today, and things are going pretty well. Alyssa is great with her little sister, but I feel like I am telling her off a lot more these days. Hate to admit it but I really enjoy when my mum takes Alyssa for the day - she is happier for it too cause she gets bored here with me since I usually have Kayla stuck to my boob. I look forward to when they can play together

I hardly ever come in here since they moved the threads around. That, and busy, busy, busy! I'm really loving Christmas time this time around. We went to the Wgtn Christmas parade last weekend and Ashlee just had an absolute blast! Naturally, now every weekend rolls around, she says "going to see Santa? HO HO HO!!!" hahaha so she's really getting into it. It's great because we have a couple of kids Christmas parties to go to, too. Last year, we didn't take her to them, thinking it was all a bit over her head, but this year she's going to love it!

yeah i think she looks heaps like Lycan too...well at least you can tell they are brother and sister. He's a great big brother...very protective already...in fact some times he's to over protective...like if she's sleeping and we get visitors they're not allowed to go and have a look at her in the room...bahaha they have to wait till shes wakes up.

Not much as I am not working, just trying to chill out and keep on top of things at home - though I do go to the gym 4x a week still, trying to stay fit and healthy this time around.

Yo yep i'm here, still adjusting to having two kiddies...lol...Lycan is at day care today so i have a little bit of peace and quite for a couple of hours...that's if Peyton stays asleep...haha..i think she's having a growth spurt all she wants to do is feed and she's a mission to burp.

Yep just under 5 weeks to go for me....i wonder if this baby will come early, just cos people keep telling me i will...i hope not tho', I'm looking forward to having baby in Nov rather that Oct because Oct is already a busy month for us when it comes to family birthdays.

Hi Ladies, hope everyone is doing well - and Deez I hope Lycan is feeling better. Geez, not long to go for you either!

I was having twinges a week or so ago that made me think the baby would come earlier, but they have since stopped and now I'm feeling quite comfortable about the fact I have another couple of weeks up my sleeve. I probably shouldn't feel that way, but my due date is next weekend anyway so it doesn't seem like long to go haha

I have a lot of belly tightening/BH's after midnight most nights so am convinced it will be an early morning birth now..we'll see.

We still haven't gone for our 2 year check, but at this stage it is not looking likely that we will, and I am really not worried about her development / weight / height at all.

I find it interesting that people feel they are able to pass judgement on our parenting. We all have different parenting styles and who has the right to say it is right or wrong!
As long as our kids are happy and healthy and growing to their full potential!

Well i took him and the doctor said he only has a horrible cough, no chest infection or ear infection...so hopefully it will go away soon.

His face has gone down and the doctor said i did everything i should have...

His eczema is playing up due to having a cold and rubbing raw egg on his face.

Deez. I know exactly how you feel as I was like that with Ashlee's cough. I knew it wasn't *just* a cough, but the doc told me it was so I didn't take her back for weeks, trusting his diagnosis! I felt awful when I finally returned to him and she had a chest infection. You are NOT a useless mother! Lycan loves you no matter what. Umm i dunno i think im bigger this time around and all out the front again...

Any in toddler land....Lycan has been sick for a couple of weeks ...started off with just a runny nose but developed into a cold. He sounds horrible when he coughs..but generally hes still quite happy to play, he's not eating as much but still keeping up his fluids.

I thought because he was still happy i wouldn't take him to the doctors unless it got really bad.

Anyway on Sunday we were out shopping and he picked up two egss smashed them together and then rubbed in all over his face and in his eye. Lycan is allergic to eggs. With in minutes his face swelled up and his eye was pretty much puffed closed..he looked like he had be beaten up...I left the shopping behind raced home to give him some cetirizine which is the allergy relief syrup.
Took almost all night for his face to go down.

Today his face is still looks bad but im thinking its his eczema playing up since he's been in a bad way lately...anyway i've been putting his creme on him everyday but it's not helping. I've been feeling alright about how i have been handling everything but everyone else is freaking me out and saying things that is making me feel useless as a mum because i haven't taken him to the doctors already...so i have caved in and im taking him tomorrow morning.

I have been doing everything i possibly can and have followed the advise given to me by our doctor in previous visits.

Wow you did carry high! So much for that whole carrying high or low boy/girl theory (I carried really low). And also, you're not looking at all angry like Amy does in her preggy shots haha . As much as you both say how huge you were, you both still look great in the pics. Me, I tend to spread out all over so I think it gives the illusion of a smaller bump in relation to my fat arse.

I only have bump photos up to 33 weeks with Alyssa, but I am bigger right now than I ever got to full term with her.
