Fresh bleeding for a full day is CD1. Say you had spotting over night and fresh blood at lunchtime, CD1 would still not be till the next day when you would have a full day of fresh bleeding. ]]>

So, I do it that way.]]>

SOOO do I count the start of my cycle from yesterday when I had pretty much nothing or from today when there is "real" blood.<br /><br />Hope this hasn't put you of your breakfasts!]]>
