Breathe, love - don't let the silly tarts spoil your day off, you are supposed to be relaxing.

Tomorrow when you have the kids, wait till they are tired and hungry and grotty and then go down there and let the kids run riot while the fumble around trying to sort themselves out. but if the top was on your receipt as sold then how can their stock ALL be accounted for? Do shops honestly stock take at the end of each day? me thinks not!

a bit of a rant coming up here...

on saturday after the car seat thingy in panmure i went to sylvia park and wandered around a bit and went into k&k fashions and they had a 50% off sale... so i brought a pair of jeans and a top...paid for it while standing at a small counter trying my hardest to keep pushchair and 3 yr old from blocking the whole shop...left store and then 3 yr old sd i want the toilet... we do that and then leave. pack up stuff in car, drive home, unpack kids, then stuff from car (you know baby bag, handbag, shopping) and throw it all in the kithcen. I start doing other stuff, getting dinner and kids organised, ring a frind and while on ph decide to check out my purchases...only to find the top wasnt in the bag...grrrrr.   by then the shop was shut so the next day i rang them up and told them that the top was missing and hubby will come in and pick it up on mon as he works there too...they said fine, took my name, receipt name and ph number.

Hubby goes in and they say that all their stock is accounted for and they will get the manager to ring me today as she was off...

so this morning i ring them and talk to the manager who said she cant do anything till the owner gets back in the country tomorrow and that she was standing at the counter while i brought my stuff and the stuff went in the bag...but the girl who packed it was away today and they dont have a video to check... i said so you are calling me a liar... oh no she said but if i give you another top i will get fired....

GGGRRRRRRR

i am so pissed off. i didnt watch them pack the stuff cause i was dealing with the kids, the other lady wouldnt have seen it if she was dealing with a customer too and i hung it on the pushchair so not easy to steal.... i cant believe she called me a liar, which is making me angrier than the money or the top...
