I just couldn't get it right... I needed the caramel to harden a bit so it didn't squish when I put the knife in, but the choc had to be soft so I could get through it. All in all though, it was YUM! Oh yeah **drools**. That slice was the beginning of the end for me I tell ya. It was all goodness. And the nice thick chocolate on the top was divine. This is the same recipe my mum and dad used to make when we were kids and I still love it Plus it is so easy!

BASE
1 C flour              1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp Cocoa           1 C castor sugar
1 C Coconut (can be left out)
3 Weetbix crushed
175gm

Melt butter and stir into dry ingredients, press into greased swiss roll tin.

TOPPING

1 Tbsp Golden syrup
25gm Butter
1/2 tin Condensed Milk

Melt slowly then pour over base. Bake 20 mins at 180 C Ice with melted chocolate when cold.
