If it smells okay I'd guess it's alright. We've had some reduced cream in the fridge, opened and mixed into a sauce, for about 6 days and it's okay. This might be meant for the food/recipie area but thought it would have a better chance of being answered quickly here.

Just wondering how long coconut cream lasts in the fridge. I opened a can the other week - say 8 days ago - and want to use the rest in a green curry tonight. It smells fine but not sure if it's ok to use. Any idea?
