My first two days are every hour on the hour if not earlier.  From the sounds of it I'm assuming the mooncup would take longer to "Fill" sorry tmi than a tampon?]]>

I love it.  It feels so much cleaner, and it's really easy to use. But for it to get full is a LOT of blood, you would hopefully realise to change it more often to prevent it doing that.]]>

Ditto on the plants / water thing, our vege garden rocks atm and I reckon it's coz of our special "fertiliser". And I reckon you wouldn't want to use one for PP anyway as things could be a bit sore and tender (bruising) and esp. not if you had stitches. But for first period after birth it would be fine I imagine.]]>

I loved it although I found I leak a bit in the beginning. (might be that I still need practice inserting it) Also leaked quite a bit at night. So only using it during the day now. <br /><br />Definately feel a lot cleaner. ]]>

It took a bit of trial and error but well worth it IMO - I was already terribly sick of tampons, don't do pads, and trying to be a bit more eco-conscious.<br /><br />Love it! Don't feel a thing... empty it twice daily (in shower in morning and at night just wash it in hot water.. or have another shower! It's winter alright! <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">)<br /><br />You only need one. Just boil it before use (or not, I'm incredibly lazy) and rinse out when you empty it.<br /><br />At the start of my period I sometimes get leaks as stuff that has already come past the cervix doesn't get absorbed as it would a tampon but if I deal with it in the shower then that is less of a problem.<br /><br />Anyway, can't rave enough.]]>
