As she said, why load them up on drugs they don't need.<br /><br />Just like any other profession, sounds like different nurses have different opinions. I trust my mum's one though, she's so good with the babies - getting someone to blow bubbles and stuff to distract them <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">]]>

She also had a slight cold at the time too.]]>

The extra fat on the thighs can make it more painful and they also have a better memory. Not to worry though, she'll forget it all after her next sleep most likely. (We started Hannah's imms when she was 10mo and started Briona when she was 5mo).]]>

I felt so mean though...she was all happy and was smiling away at the nurse and them whammo...needles and screams :(  Being a mummy is tough sometimes.  I've had a really bad feeling about giving her these jabs but just figured it was because I have put it off so long that I'd made it into a big deal for no reason.  I hope I wasn't meant to listen to my gut and withhold the vaccinations!]]>

Rhyley at his 6 weeks got high temp and so gave pamol at the 5 month ones too before he got unwell. But I only did it cause he reacted to the ones before. IF she is fine I would leave it and give it to her IF she reacts.]]>

I didn't give any last time and she seems fine so I put her to bed without.]]>
