Now, it is supposed to be 8% of his gross wages - well by my calculations (done by adding last week of March gross wages to the last payslip he received at the beginning of the month) Scott (oops, should I say his boss's name on this) has underpaid him by $200. Now before I ring and complain (a lot), is there any reason why the gross wages should be so different (i.e. his from mine)

am i supposed to
1 - deduct time and a half?
2 - deduct any days in lieu he was paid during the time?

no idea? am planning to ring Department of Labour but thought I would see if anyone knew here.
