Yep - that really, really annoyed me that it was mentioned so casually...I was really upset...and the brief mention in the back. Yup, I read while BF'ing - as she takes up to an hour sometimes I get through a lot of books! taht can be up to 7 hours a day (24 hours) on feeding alone!
