Hugs Lu, sometimes being a single mum sucks the big one . I wish I had some advice, but nothing I say will make the cluckiness go away. Except that sometimes I get to the end of the day and think "why the heck did I want kids in the first place, and why didn't I quit while I was ahead and just had one?"

don't be in too much of a hurry to have #2 or another baby. I was a single mother with my first and all my friends were having their #2 and I wished it was me so when I got into my first serious relationship after josh birth (he was 3) I made a stupid mistake to have one with this man. He ended up being abusive and I so regret ever having a baby to him(not the baby though as my daughter I wouldn't trade for the world)It made it that much more harder to leave.
But having saying that i know how you are feeling. Like nikki said suround yourself with friends babies, enjoy James and when the time is right you will have another one. Spend a day at a daycare, lots of screaming babies should do it. My friends baby didn't work - 4 month only smiley happy and didn't cry all weekend.

Summon child birth memories, should help curb your cravings. In lieu of a man - eat chocolate.
