I did 3-4 tests to see if I was pregnant and they all came back negative and yet I had really tender nipples....finally the 5th test showed I was pregnant.

I had no spotting tho!...mind you at 8 week pregnant I had heavy bleeding (I thought I was having a MC....But no ..3 weeks till my new Bub).

ooh, i had spotting I just realised. I had my son jake and then about four months later i thought i had a really short light period, but looking back, it was pregnancy.

Hiya... I never had implantation spotting but EXTREMELY sore nipples has been the big sign for both of my pregnancies!

Did anyone here get implantation spotting with any of there pregnancies?

This is my third month trying and my period is like clock work every 28-29 days. My period isn't due till next monday and I've had sore nipples for the last 5 days and then tonight I had a little bit of spotting, does this mean that I could be pregnant???

I've heard about women getting implantation spotting, I don't know wether to be worried that I might be getting my period early or excited that I might be pregnant.
