dropping off the kids is no more than an hour in total most days but closer to an 1.5 hours trip once a week.

we have been out a few times, i am still workign out breastfeeding in public, if there is a parents room i go their, but i think i should just do it wherever i am! It means i can then stay an enjoy the conversation, trouble is i dont have any tops at the moment for breastfeeding to make it discreet! will look on trade me today.

hey mikki my boy did the same yesterday... all day he was really unsettled. he'd feed, then sleep for a short period and then was awake again. usually he is up for an hour and then back down again for at least 2 1/2 hours.

hey kaiz, i have found breastfeeding quite easy, though i have really bad cracked nipples on one side so everytime she latches it hurts for a minute, but then you just have to tell yourself to relax, and then the pain goes. but its hard work.

I am stating to stress a little about when hubby goes back to work, as i then have to organise to drop the older kids at 8.30am on our monrings for their mother to collect, and again pick them up, i am sure i am stressing over nothing, but kaiz and the others who have kids, how do you manage it, do you go about feeding as normal and simply wake them and top them up before oyu go out? if so how long should i be topping her up for? I hate listening to her cry it makes me feel so bad that i can't help her!

yes will have to move across... ive had such a hard time with breastfeeding. ive been expressing today and hes taking the bottle well.
i have an inverted nipple that keeps disappearing back inside the breast once bubs has finished, and when its time for feeding again he draws it back out and it bleeds and it looks a bit green it seems hes breaking the healing once he draws it back out?

Caroline is doing really well - after the first few day or two when the second shunt wasn't working and they were thinking they would have to do a bypass, it suddenly started working....she has been taken off all her medications except one aspirin per day, and is in a ward now (has been in PICU and Cardiac HDU the whole time). Hollie and Izzy are up there with her. mikki jackson has jaudice as well... they were going to do some treatment on him but decided he was ok.
ive got feeding sorted, but i find the first minute extremely painful. i had an alergic reaction to lansinoh in the hospital , it was so bad thry gave jackson some formula and expressed some of my milk onto the breasts to heal them. ive been using rose-calandula now and it works a treat. baby has even drawn out my inverted nipple that ive been worried about!

Wow Kaiz that is an amazing weight gain! There must be no probs with your milk! What a help to have a good feeder! I put Sasha onto a bottle when she was about 5 days old. Just a avent one, she took to it really well. She does suck in a bit of air though.

I have to give her top-ups as my milk supply is quite low. So I express during the day and give her that after a boob feed. Also I give her formula if there isn't enough EBM.

Mikki, Sasha had jaundice, and was very sleepy the first week. I had to wake her 3 hourly too, I used to get her up and change her nappy and tickle her feet to get her to wake. She also used to fall asleep on the boob all the time, that is why I had to introduce the top-ups to flush the jaundice out. She is now almost 3 weeks and a much better feeder.

Taylah, looks lovely in the pic, it's great that your milk has come in.

Any news from Hollie? I hope Caroline has come through her operations and is healing now.

sorry pic is too big, but can't be bothered resizing!

breastfeeding going well, not sure she is latching on correctly as have cracked nipples now, but when i put her on it only hurts for a split second then its gone. She is a quick feeder usaully 20 mins per time, mw was a bit concerned about that, so yesterday we had to takle her for a blood test as she has a bit of jaundice (not sure if thats how you spell it!) as apparenlty they feed short amounts as they fall asleep! but results came back and she is fine. Milk came in yesterday day 3 and man they are sore and big! so bit hard to get her to latch on but I am sure that will get easier. Was up twice during the night once at 1am for an hour then again at 5am for about 45 mins, and she is due to wake anytime now, we are supposed to feed her every 3 hours at the moment, but it is hard to wake her up!

well, had a "good" day today. Jackson seems to sleep for around 3 1/2 hours at a time, and is up for about an hour each time. during the afternoon he only wakes for a quick feed then hes back down again...

ive had violent diarrhoea & cramping the past 3 days. when i left the hospital they gave me some medication to take as i was anaemic. turns out my body doesnt agree with it...
i dont know what i would have done without dh! he stays up with me till baby is asleep, it so nice having company.

midwife visited today and jackson has put on 300 grams since sunday. hes now 4.2kgs! she said he is a ferocious feeder and has an amazing muscle tone.

so we are both doing really well, the only thing im struggling with is the initial "let down" pain, and dealing with two kids..janaya is a great help but shes been trying to wake him ,and also loves waking me even though DH is awake. i feel incredibly guilty when i catch up on sleep.. im caught between looking after myself or spending time with her!
im also trying not to growl at her.

nonny was sasha quite happy to take the bottle? i havent tried that yet

Kaiz, I love the photos! The photo of your daughter with Jackson is just beautiful! She looks so proud! Well done! How is the feeding/sleeping going?

Mikki, well done, what a long long birth. You must be exhausted from it! I too had a very long birth with Eloise and I remember when I finally got he epidural, it was bliss! Nice to finally have some sleep. I can't wait to see pics too!

Angie, I hope those contractions turn into something soon! What a trickster already!

I managed to catch the girls tummy bug last night, it was horrible! But finally feeling better now, I just hope that Sasha doesn't catch it. I expressed a lot and my husband feed her through the night, so fingers crossed.

I'm still here!!

Still not really posting alot but popping on at least twice a day to see how every body is!!


Been having contractions every 8 minutes for about 3 days now... nothing stops em & nothing makes em come faster!!!

Kinda strange feelings at the mo as both my girls were early & started labour with waters breaking - this boy how ever seems to like it in there!!!

Went into see MW this morn & she had me on the moniter for an hour just watching the contractions & said that he still wasn't engaged & that when he finally does decide to get his lil head down there it should be rather quick!!! (Heres hoping - Bubs #1 was 15 hours after waters breaking & #2 was 12!!)


If any body knows any labour voodoo feel free to send it my way for tonight!!

hi ladies!

Well I am now home, Taylah Samantha Jamiee was borne at 6.12am on Sunday 27th April after 38 hours of labour!!! yes thats right 38 hours. I had contractions starts on Friday 25th at 3pm thought they were 20 mins apart, and because i didn't know what to expect I thought they would probably just go away like they had done previously. Anyway at 10pm on Friday I lost my plug and had a 'show', then almost immediately contractions started to get more intense, I couldn't sleep and knew this was labour, so ended up staying up all night at by 1am contractions were every 5 mins, and extremely painful. I texted my mw at 1.15am to warn her, and she called me back at 4am to check at that time they were still 5 mins apart, she said if they got to 3-4 mins to call her and make my way to hospital, by 7am they were 2-3 mins apart, so we called and headed to hospital only to find out after examining me that I was only 1cm dialated,and I was gutted, so I was on the monitor, bubs heartrate was perfect and I was definatley contracting every 2-3 mins and very strong, but I was sent home and told to come back at 4.30pm that day unless my waters broke in the meantime. Got home and contractions did not ease and remained 2-3 mins every tiem i had one i had to get up and walk around, i was in tears they were so painful. Went back to hospital at 4,30pm only to be gutted again to find i was now only 1.5cm dialated, again I was sent home as they couldn;t help me until I reached 3cm. I was so tired, my mw suggested I go back later that night abut 10.30pm, I went home hoped inthe bath and stayed there for 3 hours, as it was the only place that was comfrtable and around 8pm, hubby and my mw talked and decided i was so tired and in so much pain that at 10.30pm i would be given an epidural and an oxytocin drip, i somehow managed to get through the rest of the time, got to the hospital at 10.30pm, and around midnight (saturday) I was given the oxytocin and after one hour they managed to get the epidural in, so I had no pain relief for 32 hours of labour. Finally I was able to sleep which i did on and off my mw checked my every couple of hours to check dialation as at 10.30pm i was only 2cm still!! At 2am i was 3cm and then at 4am i was 5cm, then in an hour i somehow got to 10cm, the mw waited for a bit as she wanted the epidural to ware off slightly, and after 45 mins of pushing, my little girl arrived weighing 8.5lbs and 50cm long and she is just gorgeous, all the pain was worth it! and i so dont regret having the epidural. We remained in hospital for 10 hours as we both had high temps, then went to birthcare for one night and i came home on monday night, and so far everything is going well.

I will post a pic tomorrow, and about to go to bed, as have just finished feeding her.

im back!
little Jackson Tamati was born on anzac day, 9lb 3oz at 2.06pm. head 36cm.

and mikki had her wee girl on the 27th, Taylah Samantha Jamie 8lb 5oz.

My waters broke on anzac morning at 12.30am. called the midwife as contractions hadnt quite started. Throughout the morning i had some mild contractions, and at 4am midwife calld to say i had to go to the hospital for my first dose of antibiotics. at 5am she checked me and said i was dilating, and said to go home and to come back at 12pm and she'd have to hook up to get me going if im not dilated enough. i went back home and was in severe pain, DH was busy mopping the floors and doing the housework while i was having contractions. at 11am i told DH i just couldnt cope as i was tired, and he said we couldnt until i was at least having 3 contractions in 10 mins. he then decided he should start timing them, and told me id had 3 in 8 mins so he'd call the midwife. arrived at the hospital at 11.20 and i was ready to ask for an epidural, thinking i was only in early labour. she did an exam and told me i was 7cm-8cm already and i had two options, have an epidural and have probably half an hours pain relief, or get in the bath with some aromatherapy and have my boy in a few hours. so i tried some gas and decided it was great and id give the bath a go. at 1pm the midwife told me to start pushing in the bath but i refused, told her she was a liar and that i cant be ready yet! i finally got out of the bath at 2pm and he was out at 2.06pm.
was really overwhelmed by the whole thing, and couldnt believe id done most of it at home!!!!

anyway, heres my little (big!) man. hes an angel!

Wow it has gone quiet, I keep coming back to see if there is any news from anyone!

All okay here, Sasha is getting into a better pattern, incredibly busy though as husband has gone back to work. And my older girl are still friggin sick!! ahhhhhhhhhh

Just off to feed again, I am so excited about Desperate Housewives being on!!

Hollie, how is Caroline? I hope she is getting better.

well i can't sleep! I have been having contractions since 3pm today abut 20mins apart, didn't think much as thought they would go away, but they are now down to 10 minutes apart, and i have bleeding and started to lose my plug! I think this could be it!

am excited and nervous.

well a update from me.

caroline had a good night, was only a toad once. they closed her chest this morning which made her a bit unsettled and they have put her back on the prostin and she is stable. still in picu and they are just going to keep her stable and settled over the weekend and they will discuss her on monday morning at the cardiac confrence thing they do every monday morning. should she be a toad over the weekend they have several plans all ready to put into place should something happen.

it is looking like it will be another op early next week but what sort of op they are still discussing. it will most likely be bypass this time too.

Just read of few of the updates from minik8 about baby Caroline... my heart goes out to her and her family. That is an awful lot of surgery on a newborn! I hope they can fix the problem for the poor wee girl, am thinking of her.

All fine and dandy here, just had a wee rant on the due May thread about my damn flatmate but have that off my chest now so can move on! haha! Gunna go for a a big walk today and have been bouncing up and down on my swiss ball! haha! Think my little monkey is way too comfy though! First baby was born in our coffee group on Sunday. She went into labour at midday, at hospital by 2, waters broke and 3 and a 6lb13oz baby boy born at 4.35pm! Now is that a convienient labour or what! All though just because she had good timing doesnt mean it was easy! hehe! And she was only one day overdue!

poor little caroline, hope she will be ok.

Well just to keep you all updated kaiz texted me this morning and her waters broke at 12am this morning, she is in labour, has been and had antibiotics cause of the strep b, and i think she is back at home at the moment slowly dialating, if she has no progress by 12 today they will start the oxytocin drip.

Wasn't sure if she would have posted but she may do, i will update you if I hear anything more.

Aaaaaand another update from Hollie....
Caroline had her second shunt put in yesterday and all looked like it had gone well...they took her off some of her meds and she was doing ok....then the shunt blocked again. So it's back into surgery possibly tomorrow (they are monitoring her to make a decision) and possibly for an actual bypass. Apparently it's very rare for a second shunt to fail as well, the specialists are scratching their heads a little. There's a possibility that her blood may clot more than normal, which is why the shunt keeps getting blocked. So she's back on prostin to keep things doing what they need to until they make a decision about surgery tomorrow. thanks for the tip gill, unfortunately my gym ball is deflated from one of the kids attacking it with a pair or scissors! i reckon that i will have this baby over the weekend. i have heard that babies wont come until you are ready as well, and i have been worried about what we would do witht he kids if it happened at night, so therefore because i am not ready, neither is bubs! anyway kids go back to their mums tomorrow night, so i reckon anytime from tomorrow night! i have been out all day, had some cramping but nothing to get excited about! have tomorrow morning at home on my own, so am goign to clean the house again, since the kids have been here its messy once again, and that way i will once again be ready!

I was 40weeks and 5days when I had DD so lets hope that something happens to you over this weekend. I can just see that you two (Mikki and Kaiz) will have your babies on the same day.
Have either of you got a gym ball to sit on? Gentle bouncing and hip rotation are also excellent for for getting that babies head right down pushing on the cervix (so the mw told me yesterday!).

Just popping in to say no action from me either..
i now dread the babies "wakeful" periods. everytime he moves his head it really really hurts. i had lots of cramping overnight, got up and had lost a whole lot more "gunk" so im hoping things are heating up. although i thought they were last week so who knows.
getting really sick of people ringing and texting now. especially the ones who assumed it would have been here by now.
MW is seeing me at the hospital tommorow morning to see if she can do anything to "help" things along.

oh nonny you poor poor thing! right when hubby has gone back to work too! how are you feeling now? has sasha improved in her feeding?

yeah mikki i had heard that about castor oil too.. and i had no idea nipple stimulation could also harm the baby as well. so ive pretty much given up!

Well thoughtI better check on here before I go out for the day, but doesn't look like any more bubs yet! These april babies are taking their time!

Well we are off out to the hot pools and waterslides today not sure exactly where it is but about 1 hour out of auckland, was a bit skeptical about going and being so far away from home, but figured if anything was going to happen it would probably be at the most inconvenient time!

mw appointment yesterday went well, not much new to report except that this lady i went to see on monday seems to have helped, bubs is now in the perfect position for delivery, completely anterior , she was previously leaning more to the right with her legs sticking out the left, but looks liek she has completely turned and it was bizzare but during my session i could actually feel the baby turning. Anyway mw said all i can do is wait, and if i have not had bubs my my next appointment (next wednesday) then they will look at induction towards the end of that week, at this stage they wil let me go to 10 days, unless i notice a dramatic decrease in bubs movements, she has dropped again, and i evenhad contractions while i was in waiting to see her, but they never seem to proress much. Have decided after doing some reading that i will not try any more castor oil, although i actually felt quite good after as it does clean you out, you do get a few bad cramps depening on how much you take, and from reading some stuff on google it sounds like it can cause the baby to have its first poo while still inside which can't be healthy! so am just going to let things happen.

I wonder how evolsen is getting on, her last post it think said her water broke? but can't remember and she hasn't been on here for awhile.

And another update....Caroline goes into surgery this afternoon. She's been in theatre since about 3am, but hasn't gone into surgery yet. Hopefully it will be soon. Hollie hasn't had a chance to talk to the surgeon as yet. Oh Hollie, huge love and hugs. That is so worrying for you all. I hope Caroline reacts really well to the bypass, and that you get some relief soon. Very hard on all of you.

I just wrote a big post but lost it.

All okay here, Sasha is doing really well, but my other two have had a virus and now Eloise has woken with a tummy bug. I hate this time of year, bugs everywhere. Trying to keep Sasha in her room away from it all, but it is quite impossible. My husband has to work today too, so first time alone!

Special good luck to all those waiting waiting waiting, honestly I think they should have therapy for all the momma's waiting, it really takes it out of you!

im still here, DH is getting impatient. every time i woke up last night he woke up excited thinking i was in labour. he also texted at 8am when he got to work to ask the same thing.
got upset with mum yesterday again, but it seems we FINALLY have some sort of plan for when i go into labour (finally!) im going to call mum to come to the hospital once things really start to heat up, cause i dont think DH will handle seeing me in lots of pain.

taking janaya swimming today, should be interesting! trying to keep busy so i stop thinking about it.

Well I am still here, officially 3 days overdue now! have my mw appointment today, not that i think anythng much has changed, maybe if i start to complain a bit more she might to a sweep! i did have contractions on and off most of yesterday but so far today nothing! maybe i am imagining the whole thing! Yeah it's completely gutting - seems today's op hasn't worked, she went mega downhill afterwards but stabilised, and they've discovered a genetic/chromosomal abnormality. So it may possibly be an actual bypass tomorrow (had a catheter inserted then a shunt put in today - neither have worked). Not 100% sure yet however, until after the meeting with the specialists. Just a quick update- things haven't quite gone to plan with Caroline's op. I will find out more tomorrow morning after Hollie has met with the cardiologist and genetist (not sure if that's the right word - deals with genetic/chromosome disorders). hi ladies, well we went to eh auckladn museum today so i have been on my feet walking since about lunchtime, and i feel really good, its odd but i have no more heviness in my pelvis, maybe that the lightening they talk about?

Kaiz i didn't take any more castor oil last night, but i did take 1 1/2 tablespoons this morning around 10am, and about 15 minutes after that i started to have contractions, nothing like period pain, they were definate tightenings and lasted 60 seconds, i seemed to have them on and off over 2 hours, then they just went away, but at the time it didn't matter whether it changed positions or anything they stayed. Castor oil is apparently only supposed to give you the runs but help kickstart labour so i don't thinkit was the castor oil, but who knows.

Anyway just go home about 10 minutes ago, and had a really sore gut, went to the loo and had the runs really bad (sorry if thats tmi)! that could have been the castor oil, but who knows as i do know you usually empty out prior to labour, so am goign to see how things go, i wont take any more castor oil in the meantime, but man i feel really good now.

still haven't had a show or lost my plug, waters still intact so i think i am going to do as you kaiz and just wait it out!

Surprise Im still here
Meet up with the ladies from my antenatal class this morning,it was good.
Im not comfy at all today, COnstant period like pain that has just got worse not better, but not actual painful contractions???? Though I was having a bit of a show or something like it this morning cos my panty liner that i wear to soak up my excess EPO {TMI] was stained slightly pinky brown but nothing more has appearred.
Went for a 40 min walk last night alot of it was semi up hill so hope that helps to speed things up..
Today is also my Due Date ..YAY ..but come on BUbba me and Daddy wanna meet you now!!!!

Hi Im a due in May mum, just been lurking through here this morning thinking things must be moving for you ladies now lol.
Not sure if this helps Kaiz as Im not sure if plug/mucus thing is same or different but with my first son I had a lot of jelly like stuff come out (at the time I thought my waters had broken hehe) and was told by the Bethany nurse that it was my plug come away and labour would start next 48 hours. caroline didnt have her surgery today as an acute case came in last night so she was bumped. but she is 1st on the list tomorrow she should be on her way to theater at around 730 am.

I might be wrong but I thought that the show/plug was the same thing?? A mucousy blog that can be blood stained with fresh or old blood (brown). I have read that once you have a show something usually happens within 2 weeks although does usually a lot sooner (within 24 hours)

Kaiz ive been doing the EPO for the last two nights,Inserting Two 500mgrm Capsules but I googled it and im going to do three tonight...Just went for a bit of a walk, Ive been reading things on inducing labour naturally and everything seems to say walk.....
I feel so impatient esp since two of the ladies in my antenatal class werent due and they had there bubs...
Oh well hopefully soon.Mum said it will happen when Im not expecting it.......Nipple simulation does sound good
Mikki i was talking to my mum before and she said she took Castor oil with some of her pregnancies when she was due and she didnt start or get the runs either.

saw the MW today and she recommended evening primrose oil on a tampon so have started that today..

hi bebe i did mention it to my mw ages ago, and she said she had heard about it, and didn't say not to take it. I had it given to me by a friend of mine who used it, and the first tiem she used it nothing! but she said she tried a week later and was in labour within 4 hours! she took 2 tablespoons whereas i only took 1. I am not sure bebe whether it will help, but at this point I am up for trying anything!

Had my accupressure thin this morning and it was really good, she could tell thats bubs is definatley more anterior though her back is still slightly tot he right, she did some really neat stuff, and bu the end of the 1 hour session, she said that she thinks bubs might have moved, and you wouldn't belive it but since i got home, all my kicks are like internal kicks if that makessens, i can feel them underneath not to the side like i had been.

I am still obviously here anyway, have definatley got some tightenings going on and soem contractions happeneing every 15-20 minutes, but still not painful enough. I just want her to come out now! I am getting very impatient.

Am about to go for a walk soon, have had 2 cups of tea so far, will have another later. have not had any castor oil today but will see might try some tomorrow!

come on baby hurry up!

YOur Girls are so Beautiful.....

Well Still here, this morning I honestley thought things were happening for me..I woke at 3ish and was having 15-20min apart contractions semi painful and uncomfy and inbetween a a dull period like pain.
But here I am and its nearly 2pm and nothing has come of it.Still lots of tighnings but not enough pain or frequentness....ARGHHHHHHHHHH...I want things to start,My tummy looks even lower today, and Ive got a def waddle going on...
PLease send me lots of labour vibes..
I Wonder If Kaiz has Started since she isnt on????

Note to self – check the forums at least once a day! Otherwise there is just way too much to catch up on! Hehe

I am loving my knitting at the mo! I am finding it is the only way I can force myself to sit still! I am way too good at starting projects and not finishing them though (at the moment 12 different knitting projects, 3 cross stitch, 2 paintings, and 4 drawings on the go!) but they get done eventually! Putting my knitting away during the day this week though to get some painting done – hopefully! Maybe after just a couple more rows! Haha!

Mikki – Happy due day!!! Yay!!!

Nonny – Sasha is gorgeous, Must be so nice to finally have her in your arms!

Kaiz – how are things going with you hun? Anything happening? And what is strep B?? Should it be something I ask my MW about??

Bebe08 – not long now!

On the whole “over being pregnant” thing – I am loving every minute of this pregnancy, every part of it and I know I will miss my bump and having my little Bubble so close to me all the time so I don’t really want it to end but I really want to meet my little one, I want to see what it looks like and cuddle it and breathe in its smell and count its toes and fingers and watch Mark become a Dad. I am torn between wanting to keep it in me and the suspense of wanting to have it in my arms!! I am so ready to meet the little monkey!

Pineapple! – I am loving it at the moment!! And it is so cheap! I eat about half a fresh pineapple a day! Does it really bring on labour? I am almost ready to start trying some tricks actually! Hehe. Can anyone take the raspberry leaf stuff? Is it safe for everyone or should I talk to my MW about it first?

Had an ok weekend. Had a wee argument with Mark on Saturday morning as we just CANNOT agree on names!! We have such different taste! Then I went to a “real nappy expo” – too many different types of real nappy! Aggh!
Sunday we went out for breakfast (last few outings just as a couple!) and then I went home to the farm! Soooo many mushrooms its incredible! Had to pick a box full just to get my auntys car through the paddock! Lots of cramping last night (like period pains!) Could have been the fact that my aunty is a crazy town driver and her bumping and bunny hopping over the rough paddock was an interesting experience for my uterus yesterday!! Today I am going to go to my fav wool shop! Hehe procrastination on the painting thing! And then I am going to go and buy a bookcase for Bubbles room – the last thing I need to get! Oh and hang some washing out!

Hey ladies, I will probably upload the new pics of the twins tonight after work. They're both very gorgeous, no-one got their hands on Izzy for the 4 hours I was there (sorry Hollie!!!), they're both just adorable!! bebe i tried castor oil the other day, adn nothing! not even upset tummy which is what i heard happens, basically castor oil is supposed to losen your bowls, which of course gives you a really sore gut and that is supposed to get contractions started. but i have have had 2 tablespoons over the past 3 days and it didn't do anything! I have been drinking the tea, sex, walks and nothing, haven't lost my plug or had a show am beginning to think this is never going tohappen!

My last rsort today is to make a spicy dinner, go for another walk and try some accupressure. my mw gave me some good tips on a couple of accupressure points that can trigger contractions, so might give that a go.

I have had no contractions at all since yesterday, its just all stopped. I am off to see a lady this morning who applies basic techniques to see exactly position of bubs, and i think she applies a bit of accupressure so am looking forward to that (as long as my waters don't break when i'm on the table!!)

I am one of those people who is on time for everything, i hate being late, so i really thought i would have my baby either on my due date or before! i guess there is still the whole day ahead but surely i would feel different before labour is about to start? QB, so nice to hear from you, huge hug from us. You are really brave to come back here, but we are all thinking of you and sending love.

To bring on labour, I tried it all, curry, pineapple, red tea. I do think the tea helped, and when I felt it really happening I did a lot of housework and walking to keep it going.

Hi ladies .. wishing you all very good luck for the coming days.

I was over waiting for my first baby on her due date - and so that afternoon I convinced hubby to take me for a VERY long walk around a park. I could hardly walk by the time we finished one lap - seriously every step I was in agony and felt like I was ripping down below (TMI sorry). The next morning I started contractions - so I'll probably start going on long walks towards the end of this pg .. seemed to work for me the first time around - hopefully wasn't coincidence.

lol, i remember someone tryinh pineapple on here around when i had kayla and all it did was give them a really sore tummy, and cleaned them out, but pineapple is tasty... my midwife told me, hot curry, hot bath and hot sex.

Has to be fresh pineapple as there is enzyme breakdown in tinned and juice alone doesnt work!. Curry is another.

What started me last time was I offered to clean the wheels on the car and squatted down and the pressure caused me to have a show the next am and contractions started in the evening. So try squatting
