U must always make sure ur taking ur temp at the same time everyday before you get up. Temps can also be affected if you sleep with ur mouth open and if u do u may want to try vaginally temping on ur next cycle (dont start halfway through this cycle)<br /><br />I hope that helps :)]]>

Sometimes that can be a reason for low temps. Also, your BBT is affected by the environment so it will be a little lower in winter than it is in summer. When I am in Australia my post 0 temps are always around 36.5 but when I am at home in NZ it seems to be 36.3.]]>
