My sis was having trouble with her twins sleeping. She now recommends this book by Gina Ford - The new contented little baby book. She has just taken out of it what she wants cos it sounds like the author is quite regimented, but her boys are now sleeping heaps better.

We did what Janine does with not letting Maya stay up longer than an hour in the first few months, that way she didn't get overtired.
I did find tho that she never seemed to sleep longer than 45 minutes during the day, but then would sleep thru all night, and even now she is the same - no day sleep at all but a good sleeper at night.
