aww I hate man flu too. Hubby was off work last week for 3 days. Slept in every day. complained every day then when saturday came and his soccer team wanted him to play - guess who was suddenly ok to play??? Yep DH... grrr so I hear ya BS.

His snoring is annoying me right now.....I think of all the sleep and rest i could have had today had he just been home and looked after her like he was going to = til he got SICK!!!

you know it wasnt so bad that i was sick...but it was bad that i was left alone with Ella while DH did a course and mum went off and did her stuff (as she is more than entitled to!) on sunday....but i had no chance to sleep except when ella did etc BUT DH got to sleep most of the day away today....and I am feeling SOOOOOO resentful of that right now....

I was still feeling sick today but basically gave up the bed and let him crash today....and then I still looked after Ella.....I am so mad I dont even want to talk to him right now!!!! How am i meant to get myself better when i dont get a breather.....???? why is it that flu's seem to get worse and worse each year?? i never get the common cold anymore it's always so much nastier!   both my parents are on antibiotics at the mo for chest infections and my mum had a chest xray today.

Oh no - you poor things!!!! Its been a really bad flu season this year - 5 of DH's work mates are on Antibiotics for it (must be pretty bad for them to be getting them). Big hugs - hope you all get better soon!!

we are all sick now...
yep I came down with flu the minute i got on the plane, and ached all over etc....coughing up gross stuff....
Then Ella was not the usual happy bubba, so i have been letteing her get panadol via boobie, then today kicked in pamol for her instead as her nose was running and she keeps waking up from her naps crying - she NEVER does that!
and now - DH who came home to look after her so i could rest today....umm well he is asleep on sofa cause he is achy and sick now!
ARGH....I hate the flu! and having heard that a 5 year old died of the strain i probably have in Melb made me turn the monitor right on up!!!!
