Hi everyone, welcome to the Due In July Group everyone who has joined recently and congratulations to you all! I just realised I haven't been on here since my first post back on 18th November so it's time to come back and say hi to you all and see how everyone is doing?

I am now 23 weeks pregnant and very happy to say everything is going really well with this pregnancy. Much to our relief, both our 11/13 week and 18/20 week scans were both amazing -- everything is perfect, normal and healthy with our baby!!! We are so happy and relieved! We also found out at our 18/20 week scan on Monday 23rd February what we are having (with certainty -- our sonographer never tells anyone unless she is totally sure and she has never been wrong in all her years of experience!) We are keeping it a surprise however until Little Bump arrives in July.

However, I am happy to announce it here on our Forum Group and I'm very happy to tell you.........................................we are having a GIRL!!!! I jumped for joy when our sonographer told us then we both started crying! It's amazing, I would have been happy either way, so long as she/he is healthy, but to finally be having the baby girl I've always dreamed of is a long time wish come true.

Especially so after losing our little girl Hope in April last year (as some of you may know, we lost two angel babies before conceiving this baby). So this baby girl is extra special after everything we went through to get here!

My EDD is 16th-19th July and we have the most wonderful Lead Maternity Carer, Fran here in Pukekohe. We've been having visits with her every 4 weeks so far and we always enjoy them. I wonder if anyone else in this Group are also based in Pukekohe/Franklin area? I would love to hear from you if there are!

I hope everyone else's pregnancies are going just as smoothly and you're enjoying this amazing experience. It's really nice to be sharing this experience with some others who are all due at around the same time/month, even though we haven't met each other!

Over halfway there, time seems to be flying by even faster now! I'm SO nervous and scared about the birth!!! I wonder if anyone else is feeling much the same?

Good luck to you all and I will try to come back on more regularly to see how you're all doing and keep up to date.

I'm due 13 July, first one, we call he/she Nugget for now :). Live in auckland, seems like a nice idea to be in touch with other mums due in July. Seems like suddenly in the last week I have a noticeable bump. It's all happening I guess. Still feels a bit surreal though.

I'm Mel, 10 weeks due on the 7th of July with my first. I'm in Auckland and would love to meet mama's due around the same time! I will only be in Auckland until March/April and then moving to Wellington so would be great to connect with people there as well.

My morning sickness is now starting to ease off but I was in hospital twice with hyperemesis, now taking ondansetron which works really well! :-)

Hi Kelly, I'm 10 weeks with my first and have had two surgeries for endometreosis. I am also pretty anxious about having a miscarriage because of this. I have seen the heartbeat twice which is reassuring but I can't seem to shake the anxiety! I feel like I want an ultrasound every week to check on it!

Hi Kelly,

Congratulations. I know it can be hard and very overwhelming. Somestimes its easier said than done looking at the positives. When trying for my 1st I was told I had PCOS and the chance of falling pregnant was slim. Took 7yrs but finally have a little one.Not sure what food would work- but I have always been told keep it healthy and fresh. Kind of hard when all I want right now is an ice cream- yum yum.

The community on OHBaby are awesome and everyone is here to help or just lend an ear.

Just saw we would be due around the same time.

Hi Kelly and welcome!
I understand your concerns and feel for you.
There's not much I can do but let you know that we're here for you.
I miscarried my first child (I have pcos) so every subsequent pregnancy I was fearful in the first 12 weeks of miscarrying again. With every week the fear eases and drops to the back of your mind :) I hope the same happens for you :)
Rest assured your baby is doing what it should now and do take time to rest and relax.
The OHbaby! website has some great paleo recipes and gluten/dairy free ones in there if that helps :)
Don't forget to start taking a supplement for folic acid and iron :)

Hi Everyone,

Another Kelly here but I'm in Auckland. First baby for me - 6wks 4days. Any one else in the group have Endo? Everyday is a concern, that I might miscarry as before getting pregnant I was forever being told this would most likely happen. I'm off food and it's really getting to me. Each new person I encounter has recited what not to eat but no great suggestions on what's good to eat (I'm allergic to dairy & lots of other food, due to Endo, upset my stomach) I was in hospital last week for what might have been a gastro bug though no-one's really certain. It's really hard to enjoy this, normally I'm a bubbly happy person. Now I'm trying to find a midwife and it's rather overwhelming. But I'm trying to keep hold of the positives like when I was in hospital the scan revealed a sac but no baby however at the follow up scan this week there bub was! With a strong heartbeat and everything looking great. Well that's my journey so far and so glad I found this group as you all sound like such lovely supportive women congratulations to you all and I look forward to reading more of your wonderful posts in the coming weeks 😊

I have polycystic ovaries so we stopped using contraception a month ago thinking it would take 6 months or so to conceive like it did with our other boys...and I was pregnant within 2 weeks. Was very shocked but the last 24 hours has seen me come to realise we are very lucky and although our house will be chaotic, it will be full of love. I have to have a dating scan yet but think I am due around the end of July, so I think I am around 5 weeks prego. Am feeling very tired all of a sudden - have had two arvo naps in a row and I am quite groggy afterwards.

I remember when I was pregnant with no.2 I used to put kids channel on tv and lye on couch with my eldest and we'd both watch and fall asleep together - special memory <3

How far into it, did you all start feeling pregnancy signs. Because with nr1 I only felt it around 9 or so week and with this one I have been feeling it for a while.

my first little bundle of joy is due the 20th July according to the doctors. will find out actual dates on Monday . so exciting. but I'm so nervous as its my first and I'm still really young. not to mention i was supposed to have my fertility test in a few weeks then surprise, when they took me off all medication, i managed to conceive naturally. :)

Hi everyone and Congratulations.

This will be baby nr2 for me and I think I am more nervous about the second than the 1st. It took us 7yrs to conceive nr 1 and he is turning 2 in Jan.
Did a preg test a week ago and got a faint line, and re did it again the next day and got another slightly darker positive line. I guess that is why I am so nervous, DH reckons nah its fine- no stress. I did realise after doing both tests that I was suppouse to leave the stick in the liquid for 3-10mins, I was way too excited to wait for that.

My due date would be the 28/29th July.

Hi all again :) I've been MIA as we have been on holiday and I've been super busy at work. Scan showed a heartbeat and measured in as due 5 July (which is different to according to IVF dates, but hey whatever works!).

Hi ladies,
Just had my positive test! Period due tomorrow so very early days. But so excited I had to share somewhere!
Due date looks like around 3rd of august. But could be late july.
This will be number 3, have a 3.5 year old daughter and a 15month son. Soooo blessed. Been trying for this lil bean for 6 months now so we couldn't bw happier. Not sure id its best to join this group or await a august one.

Hi.
I just got a positive last Friday, had two lots of bloods for HCG and my GP has given me an EDD of 4th August, but could be late July.. And there is no August group yet. So here I am. GP reckons I'm three and a half weeks from LMP.. But we were trying for number two even though I hadn't gotten my period back since having number one (my first is 13 months)

Since I have found out I am pregnant I have made my exercise everyday more lower impact by walking the streets of our suburb which includes up and down hills for about 45mins-1 hour... just noticed I am getting a sore lower back. Does anyone get this when they exercise?

How are you keeping yourselves fit and healthy?

Hi there everyone!

Congratulations to you all on a positive pregnancy test! Wishing you well on your pregnancy journey.

This is our first baby as well! First grandchild on both sides of the family... It is a very exciting yet anxious time really...

My husband and I live in Wellington. I came off the pill October 2013 and so it has taken about 13 months to get pregnant! It was actually my dad who noticed when he gave me a hug last Monday that I was radiating a lot of heat. I thought maybe I am coming down with a virus or something. There were other little signs - bloating, very hot at night and feeling a bit tired. So after my dad commented I came home and did a test by myself (we have had negative results in the past and I just wanted to see for myself first). The test was a real quick positive! Went to the doctors last Tuesday and it too came up positive very very quickly! We have decided to go with a private obstetrician and her midwives through Southern Cross Specialist Services. Have heard a lot of stories from people re: public midwives care particularly during leading up to the birth and the birth process.

Since then I have become quite sickly which means I need to eat every 2-3 hours. Not nauseous just a bit queasy and once I have eaten I am good to go! Very tired particularly during the middle of the day, very hot at night, going to the toilet a lot more and very very bloated.

My husband thinks I maybe a bit further along than 5-6 weeks as last month I had a very brief period kind of thing. Was odd and not 'normal'. We have our scan on the 9th December so that should tell us a lot about how far along we are etc.

Would love to get to know people as we go along this journey and have others who are going through similar things as it is quite hard to describe sometimes how I feel to my husband.

I have told my mum and dad but we are waiting to tell my husband's parents - my mother in law would tell the whole neighbourhood in 10mins if she found out before the 12 week mark. Just want to keep it on the low for a few more weeks.

Look forward to hearing more about how others are feeling etc.

Hi everyone,

Congratulations Kelly, Sara, Becs and all the rest of you who have joined the due in July 2015 group! I have finally just come on here today (it's Tuesday 18th November) to join you all.

I'm very excited to announce that I am pregnant with my first baby!!

I am 5 weeks today and my EDD is 19th July 2015.

My fianc� Todd and I only found out our exciting news on Monday last week (which was also our 18 months anniversary!) and we are over the moon.

We just have fingers crossed that everything is healthy and normal with this baby -- sadly we have lost two babies in the past 12 months (I had a miscarriage in November last year, then we lost a baby girl with Edwards Syndrome in April. It was the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through....). The next 8 weeks are going to be nerve-wracking for us until we get through the 13 week screening scan/tests (which is where things turned upside down for us with little Hope in March).

It was 6 & 1/2 months between when our angel Hope was born on 8th April and when we conceived this baby -- but I was bleeding for 8 weeks after Hope was born until I finally had to have a D & C on 2nd June (what a disaster that was and very stressful after everything else we had been through!) So it actually only took us 4 & 1/2 months to conceive, naturally on our own (all we did was buy a Clearblue Ovulation Test to use this cycle and it worked!!) :) I am 39 years old now and feel very grateful to have had no trouble getting pregnant all three times (our two little angels were both conceived straight away, within two weeks!)

So far everything is going well with this pregnancy, I usually feel very nauseous during the mornings and one and off at other times, my boobs are getting very tender and I feel very tired and drained at times, but otherwise I feel good and healthy. I had an appointment with my lovely GP on Tuesday last week (as soon as we found out I rang my Doctors to see her) and I'm in the process of finding a lovely LMC (Midwife). We live in Patumahoe, I wonder if anyone else in this group also lives in Pukekohe/Franklin area?

It's great to meet a group of new friends on here, most of you who are also having your first baby -- and all due in July! I look forward to hearing how you all go and keeping in touch.

I was on The Mighty Two Week Wait Forum for quite a while so some of you may recognise me (Soda! How are you going??) I will just focus on this group now and fingers crossed everything works and this is third time lucky!

we're in Auckland and I'm due to 10th July, this will be our second miracle after trying unsuccessfully to for two years, we welcomed our beautiful daughter in August 2013 after a failed IUI attempt and she totally happened out of the blue... this time, I was planning to start trying in the new year but it seems bean had other plans for me so we're super excited... I didn't bother to wait the 12 weeks before telling people, the whole world pretty much already know our news :)
