Topsy we bought one..
I think it is helping in that her head isn't getting any flatter. I am hoping once she is sitting up and crawling we wont need it much after that. |

Hiya Topsy, I used one of these with my middle son and it was fantastic. Used it from around 3 months til he outgrew it which was about 8-9 months if I remember? Are you using if for reflux or to improve head shape? We used it for the flat head as I had this problem with my oldest boy and it definelty works! |

Using it for the flat spot on the side of her head. The skull plate in her head has been pushed forward on one side and I want to do something now while she is young enough for it to come right. We are also getting referred to a Paed physio. I would have wanted to buy one but couldnt find one so rental will have to do. Thanks for the replies

ooh I was going to rent one for Rowan as she favours her right side so much it's affecting her neck muscles.

Bobbie try trade me first but if not you can hire one from stork to chalk. Drew is doing the same thing and I turn him all the time in his sleep but when I go back he has moved his head back to the same spot! |

I hired one but had to stop using it as it was not an agressive enough treatment. It is now just sitting here. We have been using the sleep wedge and her head has come right in three weeks. Only thing is that sleeping on her side makes her nappy leak which means I have to wash everything 4 or 5 times a day!
Bobbie, would you like me to contact Stork to Chalk and ask if I send it back now whether you can have the time I have paid for? |

Sure! I could pay you the difference if you PM me your bank account - if it works for stalk2chalk. That would be cool!
We use a wedge but she can wiggle around in it so by morning she's on her back again It does help but hasn't solved the issue as she also turns her head back to her favoured side as she has a flat spot there to rest on.
I often get up in the night to check her and she's turned so I turn her back and then 10 minutes later I hear her grunting and I know the little monkey is turning herself around again Edited by Bobbie |
