Mine has a random assortment of things...

500g diced pork, 2 leeks, about 2 cups chopped carrot, 1 cup chopped celery and a bag of chopped round green beans plus a sachet of Continental Teriyaki sauce with ginger and honey, a dessertspoon of crushed garlic, 3/4 cup of beef stock and 1 TB honey.

I have no idea what it's going to taste like but it smells yummy!

What's in yours?

Mines got some diced beef, 1 leek , 6 yams, 3 carrots, mint sauce, worchester sauce, can of chickpeas, can of tomotoes, can of pasta sauce and a bottle of beer.

Not sure about mine either, Emma, but it also smells good.

Chicken drumsticks with cacciatore seasoning and potatoes, tinned morroccan tomatoes, zucchini, beans, broccoli, garlic and cauliflower. I had lots of veges that needed using up, hehe.
Will serve it up with rice or couscous.
Its smelling darn good, I hope it tastes that way too!

There is a corned beef happily cooking away in mine at the moment. It should go really nice with the bread cooking in the breadmaker

Will roast some vege to go with it. And have chicken gravy as well.

mince, rice, chopped carrots and peas with chow mein mince sachet and water. I think the rice has gone a bit gluggy, but am feeling lazy today and it was an easy 10 min prep!

My pork casseroley thingy was yummy, kind of like a casserole with stirfry flavours. Willie took one look at it and said "I don't like the look of that" but then he ate the leftovers tonight by choice so it can;t have been too bad!

Tomorrow is beef casserole: beef, parsnip, swede, carrot, spud and celery with beef stock and whatever else I can find to flavour it with.

we had roast pork tonight, but I made some YUMMY pork belly with chinese flavours the other night. you could cut it with a pair of chopsticks - so tender.
tomorrow might do a stew. I put it in a pot and make a scone mix - put that on the top and bake for the last 15minutes. Stew with bread- what more can a gissy boy want?

Oh I can answer this question now. I've got Maggi in the Pot - Lamb Ragout and my house smells so good.

Tomorrow I'm going to try Chilli.
