Hello all, I am desperatly trying to lose weight before having my baby 6 months ago before even getting pregnant I was 78kg im 169cms tall so lil overweight for my height I lost 6kg during pregnancy and fully term I was 75kg so barely any baby weight he was born a healthy 7pound 1 I wasnt very active during pregnancy and ate what I wanted so was a really back to front cycle anyway since baby was born I breastfed for 5months demand feed and slowly introduced formula within 9weeks of baby being born I weighed 81kgs!!! I was so shocked because I was constantly b/f and eating healthyer I became madly obsessed with losing it I tried exercise, salads etc but every week I weighed myself I got heavyer I will mention tho I was a smoker throughout and gaveup after baby being born and slso got on depo contraception so I can agree weight gain would of been cos of that anyway since I started exercising n eating better I feel alot healthier but am still not losing weight I work parttime as a courier now so running constantly all morning and lefting heavy boxes 4weeks of that have gained another 5kg grand total 85kg!!!! I dont drink tht much water but eating healthier dont know what else to do im soooooo depressed about how I look and im really self consious now pls what info do u have fr me, woukd duromine weight loss pills work for me and even if I could be prescribed them? Pls pls pls help me

Thanks for share this great information with us and I use only running and walking which help me a lot to lose weight and also to maintain my healthy weight.

Just wanted to share what has worked for me - jogging for an hour every day (you can make breaks once you are tired and exercising using this video every day.

Hi, I chose to lose weight with pills. In order to be able to lose weight without obtaining loose skin you should combine any diet with sport and namely you should have a personal trainer who knows which exercises are good for certain zones. I have taken Sibutramine from http://online-medikamente.com combined with sport and evening walks for 8 weeks. Due to it I have lost 11 kilos and still maintain my weight. I'll start again in May or June, would still like to loose about 10 kg more. So I'm very pleased with Reductil. So, people, just courage. Even if you may think Reductil is too expensive, consider how much money you spend on sweets or other stuff!!! That costs also money

The best way to lose weight is eating healthy and exercise. I have found running/jogging much helpful in reducing belly fat.

I used to dance daily when I gained weight. It really has helped me to stay healthy.

I have gained 37 pounds with my second pregnancy and now when my baby is 6 months old, I am back to my pre-baby weight and body shape. Yoga can totally help you shed pounds if that's your goal.

Yoga burns calories when done the right way, that's for sure!

If you are serious about losing weight and getting fit, you might want to implement a 60-minute power yoga and/or vinyasa flow practice at least five to six days per week.
