Drinking a lot of water everyday is really good for weight loose but rather than drinking cold water, lukewarm water is the best for you..

Thanks for sharing tips, I think exercise is a great way to be fit, maintain your health and help you lose weight but Yoga is proved more helpful in this case (weight loss) but only if you do it.

Also i would add a word about antiaging-health - a great to keep yourself healthy and fit. It has almost everything you need to consume daily to fulfill your system needs. Can't say how am actually gonna be without it, we doing it with all my family, parents included

If you want to lose weight, you do not have to limit your normal portion. It does not work well for health. It's much better to eat a variety of food than to eat almost nothing.
