hi everyone
for a while now ive been feeling so tired and low and i did this self test online http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/40025272/ and it said i had a score of 23. i had severe depression before i got pregnant for about a year and im hoping they tell me that im just tired and have low iron. i lay on the couch all day and say to myself ill clean later and so on now my house is a mess and im getting so stressed everything lil seems so hard to do. i dont feel like harming myself or my baby. so im not sure if it is pnd. did anyone have the same experiance? how will they tell if i have pnd or just my depression coming back any help will be good

and also why did i used to be so happy when i had mila but in the past 3months ive been like this? but its just got worce in the past few weeks. my mums a nurse but im afrade to tell her what im feeling incase she thinks im a bad mum or being silly, she already thinks im a bad mum and tells me wat im doing wrong

According to that test I have moderate depression too.

I don't have depression, I'm high as a kite 
Good luck with your appt. If you have a history of depression you are at higher risk of PND, it might be worth asking for a referral to Maternal Mental Health, they'll be able to help you unravel your situation and work out the roots of your depression.
