you are about to head off to do the weekly shopping...you go to the toilet right before you leave...you get to the supermarket/mall and need to go again...you get halfway around the supermarket and need to go again...then you get home and need to go again..all within a space of less than 2 hours. ------------- http://lilypie.com">

the other night, i went twice before going to bed (in the space of about half an hour) then got up about 4 times during the night. AND went as soon as i got up in the morning!

yes sure is it is very dificult to pack the grocerys when you are trying not to wet your self sometimes it can be a couple of hours before i need to go others mainly when i am up and moving about heaps i have to go about every 30min ------------- http://lilypie.com">
