toby is driving me nuts.... constantly grizzling over everything and when you try to help he gets upset and cries more...then he wants to just sit on my knee and i cant do anything... gggrrrrr i was sooo hoping he would grow out of this! he is either the happiest child all smiles and cuddles and playing really nicely and cuddling his brother or this demon who grizzles and cries saying help but when you ask with what he wont tell you.... see - while typing this he has suddenly become happy playing child... i swear he should have been a gemini.
sorry for that - feel better now and hes happy.
mind you still at 2 yrs old he cant wake up happy.!

Toddlers do seem to be one extreme or the other dont they? I guess its lucky they can be so good/cute/cuddly so it totally makes up for the other stuff. No great advice here, but at least you know you arent alone on here!

Briona doesn't wake well either. For the most part it seems to be that once she wakes she needs (yes, needs) cuddle, food, drink. Every time. Without delay.

We have a wee 2 year old gemini who is exactly the same here. Big hugs, chick, it sucks. Almost literally sucks the life out of ya at times.
