Car seat recall - Dorel Juvenile Group is issuing a Voluntary Safety Recall for Cosco, Eddie Bauer, Safety 1st and Alpha branded convertible car seats manufactured from November 2003 through December 2005. Internal evaluations have determined that there is a potential for the harness adjustment strap to loosen during use. Phew, thanks for that, our carseat is one of the cosco alpha omegas.. but the maufacture date is before those ones that are affected - only the ones for ours that were made between october and december 2005 are affected.. ours was done in the february earlier that year.
