Nope, you're not the only one. DH just doesn't get it even though he was there.
You could be like me and go a bit too far the other way though, I suspect that the next time i go to the doctor for a cold or whatever I'll be whipping my knickers off/boobs out before I've even thought about it... |

So, you'll be completely depressed to know busymum that apparently they can do the checks they need to via blood test these days ...?

im hearing oyu, and R had the snip in march, and to hear him tell it, it was "major surgery" and "worse than childbirth"  ------------- The Honest Un PC Parent of 2, usually stuck in the naughty corner! :P |

it must be all down to hormones fleury - and quite a bit of insanity
but we lurve our bubbas, and they are always always worth it. my dad had a prostate check recently - i did ask if the doctor bought him dinner first..... ------------- Lyla - mum to Xanthe - my big 4 year old

I know a women who had 13 kids, she puts it down to her bad memory and says thankfully you can't remember pain otherwise she would've stopped at one. She also said that it stops hurting after the 6th and they just slide out ------------- http://lilypie.com">

It's the age old thing isn't it: men say giving birth can't be more painful than being kicked in the janglies, cos a man doesn't step out a couple of years afterwards and say "let's do that again!"
But I'm guessing that being kicked in the janglies doesn't give you benefits afterwards like babies do! Can't wait for DH to get the snip hahahaha! Although won't everyone hear about it geez

See, now there's a point of discrimination if ever there was one! Because there are so many male doctors/scientists/all that, of course they would think of a way to avoid the inevitable prostate probing lol... now if there were more women "at the top", devising new tests for prostates would sink down to the bottom of priority lists and less invasive testing for anything around (up) a woman's V, would be immediately at the height of priorities!!!
And THAT would be an awesome breakthrough in the medical profession!!!  ------------- |
