...doing anything by sitting on here...can you see all the posts by me...??? what a goof ball, nothing better to do with my time. the kids are watching a brum video and i should be cleaning something...all i have done today is sort out some books for a lady who wants to "give them to the islands" but doesnt know which, and get out sausages for dinner. oh i did dress the kids too and give them breakfast...suppose it will be lunch time soon. ------------- http://www.myfitnesspal.com/weight-loss-ticker">

Sometimes the best thing for me is to "allow" myself to have the day off, read a book etc, and then I notice my energy rise the next day. Maybe with pg (or bf) we need catchup days every now and then? -------------  |
