Whenever I go out, doesn't matter if it's to music or shopping or coffee group, I come home and I just feel like lying down or sleeping!! Is it just me? Or do I under-estimate the amount of effort it takes to take 3 preschoolers out for the morning?

Yes! I feel good when I'm out but then get home and want to crash on the couch - my excuse is being preggy tho. Taking 3 littlies out would definitely be a handful, so no wonder it makes you tired too.

Its not just you, I am so tired after being out with both Andrew and Josh. However if I go out with just 1 of them I am fine.

I don't find I'm tired so much, more just that it requires so much more organisation and time to take them all out. I didn't really realise how much of a big deal it was till the nanny started and I went to the supermarket on my own for the first time, I swear I nearly took the buggy out of the car

I know I have low iron levels and if I don't take my pills then I get worse.

I don't think I'm anaemic Liz, well all I know is that when I have first trimester bloods my iron is fine and then I have supplements in the third trimester.... but I am still bf.

Oh Glow I thought I had worded that badly. Sorry I'm not, I was only talking history!
LOL Kels and Laura! Actually I'm not as bad when I get home but then I kinda bum around (usually on here of course haha!) and then an hour later can't find the motivation to do anything so I go to bed and wake up an hour later (this afternoon was to the sounds of Briona helping herself to a few boxes of raisins in the kitchen, for which I will probably reap my consequences in the morning! )

Same here. No kids yet but whenever I go shopping I come home feeling sleepy. I blame it on the air in shopping malls; there doesn't seem to be any! Cafes make me tired too.

I've only got two and I mostly get tired taking the kids out because of all the lifting in and out of carseats and prams and then the way too repeditive "no don't that, Put that back, No we're not buying that today" I'm a hopeless browser in shops so I really need to stop it because it makes the kids sooo grumpy!

Helen I think you've hit the nail on the head there (it's 6 buckles for us just to leave in the van each time!) and I'm not much of a browser (guess I can't be )

I was browsing in Pumpkin Patch today (only browsing, I didn't buy anything!) and the gremlins, who were strapped into the buggy, still managed to pull down a heap of stuff. Not to mention when we had coffee and I put them on the floor to play and Mercedes emptied the entire contents of the nappy bag while Sienna entertained passersby with her bunny hop bottom shuffle as fast as she could away from me.

Emma that would have looked hilarious, gosh you're gonna have a busy time when they both start running out of defiance (think 12-27 months!) Haha *oops* better not laugh or I'll get twins
I met someone in Palmy with identical twin boys yesterday. When they were almost 2 she found out she was pg again (as hoped) with identical twin girls (NOT hoped for)! The boys are now 2 1/2 and the girls 11wks. I'd say they'll probably stop at 4 kids hehe. btw don't tell Willie or you'll never get a 4th baby
